When I was young, I struggled with learning how to read. Even after I learned how, I never really liked to read, until I picked up this book. It didn't take me long to fall in love with this book, this series, and anything written by L. M. Montgomery. And with books in general.

I wanted to live on Prince Edward Island, Canada in the early 1900s. I still do.
