S. E. Hinton wrote this book when she was seventeen. I wanted to be like her, but I seemed to have missed that milestone.

This is a great example of capturing what it is really like to be a teenager. Although I may not be a teenager anymore, myself, I hope to be able to capture the real feel of what it's like in my books, too.
