Women Who Love Too Much

When you are a sensitive person, like I am, there are some advantages and some disadvantages. The biggest advantage, in my opinion, is that I have a lot of empathy--I can feel what others are going through. I tap into this in my writing.

The biggest disadvantage is that I have a lot of empathy for everybody--and sometimes, people use that against me.

​

This book helped me learn how to love people without letting them take over my life, how to set limits and stick with them, and most importantly, how to value myself as  much as I value those around me.
